A unique, bright villa in Cerros del Águila with an amazing view. Set on one of the highest plots in the area, Villa Rosa de los Vientos offers a spectacular outlook over the mountains of Mijas, the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola. Only 25 minutes from Malaga Airport.
The social areas open out between kitchen and living room, and a second level adds its own secondary kitchen and private terrace. Perfect for families and friends sharing the villa together.
Outdoors

One of the most elevated plots in the area, with a magical 360° view and sun all day. The villa unfold across multiple terraces on different levels and orientations, choose sun or shade as you please.
In total, more than 360 m² of terraces, something especially appreciated here in Spain, where we enjoy more than 340 days of sun a year.
Arrival
A waterfall greets you at the gate.
Step through the gate and a gentle waterfall accompanies you up the stairs from street level to the main entrance or take the lift from the middle floor.
The pool deck faces south. The pool is available heated for an extra cost for year-round bathing. Around it, a sun deck and a covered area with shades for relaxing and dining.
A walk through
From the dining room to the basement bedroom.
Entering the villa, a hallway leads into the dining room with an open fireplace. The large dining table converts to a pool table for social gatherings after dinner. To the left, the kitchen and lounge area open up to another fireplace, another panoramic view.
The open kitchen is built around an island and equipped with high quality, state of the art appliances double fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, large wine fridge and more.
This floor also holds three bedrooms, each with bathroom en-suite. The largest features a corner jacuzzi bath. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Stairs or the lift take you to the next level with an extra bedroom and bathroom, plus a second access hosting another bedroom, living room, multifunction sports room and kitchen. Continue down to the basement bedroom on the lowest floor.
